Yes, this is the bathroom at the Church o the Holy Sepculchre. No one takes care of it because there are 4 denominations occupying the Church and they all have well defined spots (Orthodox, Roman Catholic, Coptic and another). I guess no one has the Bathroom. In fact, they have such a hard time getting along that in the photo below, there is a Muslim guy who is in charge of locking up every night, so they don't fight over who has the front entrance. It's really a shame, for such a Holy place to have this anti-witness, in their bickering.
